These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the abcjl platform and all services offered on abcjl.org. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

Each player may hold only one abcjl account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the abcjl platform at abcjl.org (the "Platform"), registering an account, or placing any wager, you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), together with abcjl's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform. Continued use of abcjl following any amendment to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

abcjl reserves the right to request identity documents to verify age and eligibility at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending verification or permanently closed if verification fails.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on abcjl. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. abcjl will close duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balance associated with them.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your abcjl login credentials. You must notify abcjl support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. abcjl is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access arising from your failure to secure your credentials. abcjl staff will never request your password through any communication channel.
abcjl may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — such as a government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment method verification — before processing withdrawals or as required by applicable regulations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
abcjl currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. Available payment methods may change at abcjl's discretion with reasonable notice.
All deposits must be funded from a payment source owned and registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. abcjl reserves the right to reverse deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to withhold any winnings generated from such funds.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. abcjl targets a processing time of under thirty (30) minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals during standard operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day. abcjl reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending identity verification or fraud review.
The Platform operates in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) as the primary account currency. Transactions in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing rate at time of transaction.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified at the time of withdrawal request and may vary by payment method.
All games and betting products available on abcjl operate under specific game rules published within the respective game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to that game.
abcjl uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all applicable games to ensure fair and verifiably random outcomes. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers under video surveillance.
abcjl reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: technical malfunction, erroneous odds, suspicious betting patterns, or situations where a fair game could not be conducted. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's account.
Players may not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to gain an advantage on the Platform. Use of such tools constitutes fraud and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of abcjl.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, abcjl, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, unauthorized account access, or service interruption.
abcjl's total cumulative liability to any Player in respect of any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. abcjl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
abcjl collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
abcjl does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, regulatory authorities, and fraud prevention services as required for the lawful operation of the Platform.
abcjl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amendments take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of abcjl following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease use of the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to abcjl's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact abcjl's support team to attempt an amicable resolution. abcjl will endeavor to respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days.
